BodyShot - Before&After Photo App Reviews

Im trying to put my third week photos on and every time I load them they are complete white... So I took another set of photos... Nothing again so I deleted this app and going look for new one.

I havent used this app for long but it looks like it is going to be very helpful and inspirational. Its easy to use and I like all the different measurements it allows for. Taking pictures is a little painful but if Im successful Ill be glad I have the evidence of my results.

Has every functionality I can think of. Worth the money.

This app takes some time to learn (tutorial could be a LOT better!!!), but it is a really helpful tool if your trying to lose weight. I use it along with "Weight Loss Diary" and, together, they provide the accountability I need to stay on track.

When I dont feel I have made progress I check my body shot to see that I have. Thank you body shot!

All I want to do is compare my body stats and pictures easily. This app does that and more. Bravo!

So Ive been playing with this for an hour and seriously considering if I should try and get a refund. Its unfortunate that other high end fitness apps still do not incorporate adding selfies so you can compare your own before and after photos. Not gonna lie, there are a LOT of cons for buying this app in 2015 but since its one of the only ones that does what it does, I bought it. If I had known it wouldnt work properly, I wouldnt have. This should just be taken down. Pros - unique app that lets you keep track of your progress photos WITH the data (weight, measurements) stored with each photo - does not clutter up your photos on your phone Cons - hasnt been updated since 2012 and is very, very, clunky--it feels like it was made for the original iPhone. Im using in October 2015 with an iPhone 6s Plus and there are issues - does not crop photos correctly...if I had known this didnt work I wouldnt have paid $$ for this app since comparing before and after photos was the whole reason I bought it. I want to compare the same cropped cross section across all photos. If I cant get a refund Im going to have to figure out a better mirror setup so my photos are already proportioned correctly. - esoteric UI - no iCloud support - no way to keep your data across phones (this is RIDICULOUS and upsetting, especially considering you have to pay for this app. Im basically getting one year usage out of this till I upgrade till my next phone) - too expensive for what it does. Even if it worked perfectly and updated regularly I would value it at 99 cents considering the minimal amount of features it provides. As it is (with bugs and no updates) it should be free. TIP - I put in my measurements and added four photos: front, right side, left side, backside. I added my measurements for the first photo and the rest I just added the photos and it stored the measurements from the same day. Plan on doing this once a week if I keep the app. Overall Im just desperate to find something else that does what it does. Without bugs. Soon.

This app is a godsend!! Its been helping me monitor my weight loss journey with a keen eye. And it makes everything so simple. Just plug in numbers, take a quick photo and youll see your own transformation. You no longer have to question whether or not your results are showing. Youll see it first hand. Ive watched myself drop 12.2 lbs in just under 2 months and with weight still coming off, Im excited to see how much more Ill be bettering my physique.

This is a great app. Its easy to use and the side by side photo comparisons are exactly what Ive been wanting. I would give it 5 stars if it allowed you to take and save various body shot photos in the same day to compare (arms, legs, back, etc).

Love the fact that it gives you the option to choose which body measurements you wish to track. Makes comparison easy via both pictures and measurements.

Purchased this app after trying many apps similar. Im so glad I spent the money the app works amazing enjoy looking back it where Ive been and the goals Ive achieved.

I liked the layout better when I used this app 5 years ago. Not as straight forward as it used to be.

Love this app! Very easy to use and very helpful.

Frustrated .... I preferred the older version where you could put in pictures from the front, back and right left side and compare the whole profile to any another days profile you wanted to see side-by-side. It was also easier and faster to enter the weight / measurements (you could just type in and didnt have to scroll through numbers) .... and you could see your weight in the comparison of side by side pics. I also find it annoying that a year later the glitch still exists that causes photos to be oddly cropped off center to one side. However, this is still the best and most comprehensive app out there Ive found to do what it does and simply get the job done. Its very motivating.
